Lastly, there are two different types of action replay cheats that we need to concern ourselves with. This isn’t too common, but can occur if multiple cheat codes are using the same section of game memory. Turning cheat codes off is important to remember, since having too many cheats activated at the same time can lead to game crashes or corrupted save data. To turn cheat codes off, simply uncheck the box next to your code. This means they are currently active, and running in our game. From there, it’s as simple as naming your new code and copying one of our action replay codes into the box on the right.Īs you can see in the images above, our action replay codes are currently checked. With a category selected, you can now click on the ‘New AR code’ button. Once you see the cheat code editor, select a category or create and name a new one.
